Purpose of personal data processing We process your personal data for the following purposes: a) conducting ongoing correspondence, potentially responding to inquiries you send us, b) to enable us to present you with offers concerning properties you may be interested in, c) to enable us, developers, property owners, and cooperating companies to fulfil mutual obligations. d) for ongoing recruitment purposes (when using the form on the „Careers” subpage)

What is the legal basis for our processing your personal data? The legal basis for processing your personal data is: a) Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR*: „processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take” b) Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR*: „processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.” c) Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR*: „processing is based on the data subject’s given consent” (when using the form on the „Careers” subpage)

What rights do you have regarding our processing of your personal data? In accordance with the provisions and the conditions set out therein, you have the right to: a) the right to access the content of your personal data and obtain a copy thereof (Art. 15 GDPR), b) the right to request the rectification of your personal data if it is inaccurate or outdated (Art. 16 GDPR), c) the right to request the erasure of personal data (Art. 17 GDPR), d) the right to request the restriction of processing of personal data (Art. 18 GDPR), e) the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), f) the right to object to the processing of personal data based on the Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR), g) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if the User considers that the Controller is processing their personal data unlawfully (Art. 77 GDPR). You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. However, we inform you that the personal data processed by us will not be subject to such processing (i.e., solely automated).  

Will your personal data be disclosed to anyone? Your data may be disclosed to developers, property owners, or platforms providing access to primary market property offers, but exclusively for the purpose of enabling the fulfillment of mutual obligations.

How long will we retain your personal data? As long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which we process or will process it. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
